About Our House

It's Important to remember that this is actually not a real stately home for rental.  This is only for the purposes of Avando Systems demonstrating an easy to use content management system specific to the needs of an owner of a self catering property, bed and breakfast or hotel.

Built to a quality high insulation specification in natural stone with timber beams and other attractive features the Home Royal with its comfortable furnishings has qualified for a top Tourist Board rating.

A fully equipped kitchen was designed with a wide servery through to the living room with Sky Digital TV and French doors to garden. The luxury bathroom has a separate shower over the bath. The main bedroom has a double bed and TV. In the smaller bedroom is a 3’0” wide bunk bed suitable for agile adults! Outside there is a patio with garden furniture and a semi-private garden screened off from the main house garden. There is good off-street parking for one car outside the Coach House.

The ‘Horse & Hounds’, our local pub, is only about 100 metres away and normally offers a good choice of food and beverages. Please note that there are no local shops within easy walking distance, but convenience shops are easily accessible by car approximately 2 miles away.
