Support

As a client, we will offer you our complete online support and ticketing system. This allows you to keep a record of any requests and comments along with our responses.

Although we are at the end of the phone, using this system may free up time for you and with a few simple clicks you can instruct us to make changes to your site. We are also at hand to help you with computer related problems which are normally not covered in a project contract.

Support points are broken down in chunks of 10 minutes. Which means, if it's a quick job you'll only pay for 10 minutes, rather than an hour.

If you are an existing client and have not yet signed up to use the system, please let us know and we will set you up with an account.

Every new customer receives 60 minutes of free support time!

Maintenance/Support Contracts

Alternatively we can provide maintenance contracts to make sure you are guaranteed prompt responses to your requests.
