Terms and conditions

MINIMUM TERM, 24 MONTHS - Setup fee (includes month 1) - Monthly fee (minimum 23 further payments)
*Avando systems will make required changes to the content your website once each month. This will include changes to existing content text, addition of new text and up to 5 new photographs added each month. This does not include addition of new pages or changes to the design templates of the site.
**Avando Systems will supply a training course, probably by telephone, which will last up to 1 hour. Further support will be supplied as part of a maintenance contract.

All Packages Include:

Graphic Design - Design of 2 page layouts. Page design to be signed off by client.
Page Content - We will populate upto 6 pages of content into the management system for you to have a better starting point at editing your website.
Availability Calendar - Edit your booking availability by the click of a button.
Photo Gallery - Easy to use interactive gallery. Just upload your photos and the system will automatically resize them and create the gallery.
Enquiry/Booking Forms - Specific to your needs. Take bookings (and/or payments) online and manage your enquiries efficiently.
Integrated Map - We can embed an interactive map on your website showing where you are and how to get to you.
Contact form - enabling guests to make enquires about availability or the facilities you offer.
Web hosting - hosting for your website and and 3 email accounts.
