Dolphin Cottage

Dolphin cottage is a self catering cottage situated on the edge of the conservation village of Freshford.

Description:
We were tasked to redesign the Dolphin cottage website and build a 'Search Engine Friendly' Content Management System.

The system was built to allow for the property owner to easily manage all of the content on the website, including the ability to for the administrator upload documents and display them as downloadable links.

This easy-to-use content management system was successfully completed on time and within budget.

As an individual member of the Bath Area Self Catering Association, I had been impressed with the work which Avando had done for the BASCA website. When I decided to move my own website on from a very simple site which needed the webdesigner to do everything for me, to one for which I could have total control, I had no hesitation in approaching Avando for help. From the very outset, they could not have been more professional or patient and came up with some really interesting designs for the site, which echoed my design approach and created a very simple to use management system for the site which I could easily use.
